Ard’s Recruitment on the Rise

By: Kris Watkins

Every year in Georgia there is a High School Available senior who blows up during the April Open Period and this year that senior is 2019 6’7 Terrell Ard Jr. of Allatoona High School.  This is no surprise to anyone who covers basketball in the Metro Atlanta area as he he had a great Senior season and was one of the top prospects at the On the Radar Hoops Super 64 and our #SHReportShowcase in March.  At our #SHReportShowcase Ard showed he has the ability to finish at the rim with authority as well as be a force on the defensive end as a help side defender with his ability to block shots as well as knock down shots from 3.  He has a college level ready body/skill set to be a productive wing player at the next level.

Over the last week Ard has picked up offers from numerous schools including Stetson, Presbyterian College, Kennesaw State, USC-Upstate, Morehead State and Tampa after playing at the On the Radar Hoops Sweet 16.
