The Background
The Lady Gladiators return7 rotation players from a team that qualified for the state tournament for the first time in program history. 2019 point guard and team captain Jill Davis returns to lead the show, her leadership and decision making are crucial to the team’s success. 2020 wing Ahmia Childs has had a great summer and is showing flashes of becoming a dynamic scorer on the court. 2020 wings Samantha Breslow and Kate Powers are terrific all around players that have improved every year and are continuing that trend early in the season so far. 2021 Guard Carson Tanguilig is growing up quickly and might prove to be the best scorer on the team, she handles the ball well and is always active defensively. The Lady Gladiators will get a boost from 2021 post player Wilnie Joseph and 2019 guard Madison Smith who are proving to be valuable members of the team in the early part of the season.
