The Background

The Newton Rams are coming off a 27-4 season and a trip to the Final 4.  The Rams have been one of the top teams in the State over the last decade including 3 straight region titles and a 81-11 record over the last 3 years.  The Rams have also made 2 trips to the Final 4 and 2 to the Elite 8 over the last 4 years.

2017 J.D. Notae- reigning Fresh of Year in A-Sun for Jacksonville Univ, leading scorer.

2017 Isaiah Miller- UNCG- all fresh team last season, 6th man.

2016 Jaquan Simms- Limestone College, starting Wing. as redshirt soph.
