Players to Watch:
Caitlyn Gailey Offensive threat, strong body, nice touch from the perimeter, has interest from several NAIA schools as a sophomore.
Dasha Cannon 3 time team MVP and 7AAAA All Region Selection, 1,000pt scorer, Univ of North Ga committ, can shoot the 3 or drive to the basket, extremely good passer.
Maddie Futch excellent rebounder, skilled inside and outside the paint, can shoot the 3, high motor, Emmanuel committ.
Maci Shelnut can shoot the deep 3 with soft touch, long and athletic, good rebounder, just a sophomore looking to make an impact this season.
Claire Beckman a long sophomore who can guard multiple positions in the full court, excellent shot blocker who is learning to finish inside with post moves, great rebounder
Chesnee Freeman scrappy PG who will take it to the rim or shoot the set 3, hard nosed defender, has interest from Breanu & Piedmont
Naomi Roberts long athletic big who can play inside or outside, great motor, capable 3 point shooter, plays multiple positions and can guard multiple positions on the floor.
Chandler Weaver PG who is skilled with the right or left hand, finishes in the paint well, but her defense is what sets her apart, she comes up with 50/50 balls and keeps her head up to advance the ball as quickly as possible, learning to run a team as a sophomore
Madison Adams is a 3pt threat if she’s set, will also go backdoor to finish as well. Heady player, who isn’t afraid to take charges defensively.
Kendyl Cantrell great touch from 17ft in, a great post passer as well, rebounds bigger than her size and has a great motor.
Brelan Sieveking a Freshman who has a quick release from the perimeter, she plays hard and will develop into a great player one day.
Kinsey Dockery another inside out player, has the best first step in our program, rebounds well and isn’t afraid to throw her body around on the floor. Great touch from 10-17ft.
Aaliyah Anderson a long freshman who is athletic and can get to the rim, a streaky shooter who lives in the passing lanes on defense, she’s going to develop into a great player one day in part because of her work ethic.
Zoe Burkett a solid shooter from 3pt line, rebounds well and can play multiple positions on the floor.
Rachel Harris Can make the set 3pt shot, plays scrappy defense and is looking to play more meaningful minutes for us this season.
Lily Gearing very athletic and raw and she is a great on ball defender
Camryn McAfee Rebounds and defends in the post really well, has great touch from 17ft in, smart player who rotates defensively and is rarely out of postition.
